The holidays are approaching! Now is a good time to check your local craft stores to see what classes they offer, and then sign you and your daughter up for something!  I just visited my local Michaels craft store, and they have some wonderful things moms/daughters create in a couple of hours– holiday centerpieces, handmade ornaments, and beaded jewelry, to name a few.
If crafting classes are not accessible where you live, then start your own!  You can invite other mom/daughter sets to participate.  Cooking making holiday treats, creating holiday centerpieces,  greeting cards,  place cards for dinner,  jewelry for gifts, etc.  For project ideas you can check sites like Joann.com, which has a wide selection of things to make, as well as  Michaels.com.  Make memories together and even start a new tradition!
